Send us the old and new Machine IDs and we'll re-issue the key.

I've lost the keys.

Use the order link from your confirmation e-mail. You can download the CSV again at any time.

Can we pay by invoice or bank transfer?

For larger orders, yes. E-mail us your Machine ID CSV and PO, and we'll invoice you.

Do you offer site licences?

Yes. A site licence covers every computer in your organisation with a single key. Ask us for a quote.

Is a licence needed at home?

No. Personal use on a computer that isn't part of an organisation's network is free.
